SAMOPROCENA ZDRAVLJA KORISNIKA KOMPLEMENTARNE I ALTERNATIVNE MEDICINE U SRBIJI: NACIONALNA STUDIJA PRESEKA

Sažetak


Cilj istraživanja je bio da se ispita uticaj zdravstvenog stanja ispitanika na upotrebu metoda komplementarne i alternativne medicine (KAM). Ovo je bila populaciona studija preseka. Uzorak su činili 550 ispitanika, iz Trećeg nacionalnog istraživanja zdravstvenog stanja stanovnika Srbije iz 2013. godine, koje su u predhodnih 12 meseci koristile usluge KAM. Nešto više od 2/3 korisnika usluga KAM ima  hronični poremećaja zdravlјa (p<0,01), najčešći dijagnostikovan hronični poremećaj zdravlјa bila je hipertenzija (36,7%). Ozbilјno ograničen u obavlјanju dnevnih aktivnosti u poslednjih 6 meseci i duže bio je svaki sedmi, a delimično svaki četvrti korisnik KAM-a. Korisnici KAM-a su zadovolјniji uslugama koje dobijaju u privatnoj praksi (p<0,01). Dvoje od troje korisnika usluga KAM-a sopstveno zdravlјe ocenjuje kao dobro i/ili prosečno. Korisnici KAM-a su zadovolјniji uslugama koje dobijaju u privatnoj praksi, u najvećem procentu su svoje zdravlјe ocenili kao dobro. Analiza uticaja zdravstvenog stanja ispitanika, povezanosti između samoprocene zdravlјa ispitanika i upotrebe metoda alternativne medicine, analiza uticaja sociodemografskih karakteristika na upotrebu KAM, uz uporednu analizu korišćenja usluga zdravstvene zaštie, doprinelo bi bolјem prepoznavanju KAM od strane Ministarstva zdravnja Republike Srbije.
