STRESNI SOCIJALNI I MATERIJALNI USLOVI KAO MEDIJATORI IZMEĐU RATNIH TRAUMATSKIH ISKUSTAVA I MENTALNOG ZDRAVLJA ODRASLIH NA KOSOVU I METOHIJI

Sažetak


Rad se bavi ratnim traumatskim iskustvima stanovništva sa Kosova i Metohije i njihovom uticaju na mentalno zdravlje. Direktan uticaj postoji, a temelji se na trauma fokusiranom pristupu, gde je kritični faktor direktna izloženost nasilju i razornim efektima rata najbitniji faktor koji utiče na mentalno zdravlje. Prateći postojeće modele i na osnovu teorijskih utemeljenja kao i psihosocijalnog pristupa koji razmatra ulogu stresnih socijalnih i materijalnih uslova koji nastaju u posleratnim godinama na Kosovu i Metohiji na mentalno zdralje autori dolaze do ideje da ispitaju medijatorski uticaj ovih uslova. Revidiranjem postojećeg modela, postuliran je model ratnih traumatskih iskustava i njihovih efekata na mentalno zdravlje posredovano socijalnim i materijalnim uslovima. Za ispitivanje podesnosti modela korišćena je metoda analize puteva, modeliranjem strukturalnim jednačinama. Potvrđena je pretpostavka o medijatorskoj ulozi stresnih socijalnih i materijalnih uslova prouzrokovanih ratnim traumatskim iskustvima na mentalno zdravlje odraslih. Testiran model je uz predložene modifikacije pokazao slaganje sa empirijskim podacima.
