ПОРЕМЕЋАЈИ ГЛАСА НАСТАЛИ КАО ПОСЛЕДИЦА УПОТРЕБЕ ПСИХОАКТИВНИХ СУПСТАНЦИ

Sažetak


Апстракт: Учестала употреба психоaктивних супстанци дроге, алкохола и дувана може довести до патолошких промена на гласницама. Циљ ове студије је да се прегледом досадашње литературе анализира повезаност конзумирања психоактивних супстанци и поремећаја у квалитету гласа. Поремећаји гласа код корисника психоактивних супстанци настају временом, услед појаве органских промена на вокалном апарату. Дим марихуане изазива иритацију слузокоже ларинкса због чега се јавља промуклост и храпавост у гласу. Ефекат електронких цигарета на квалитет гласа је блажи у поређењу са ефектом конвенционалних цигарета. Резултати ове студије показују и да корисници наркотика имају ниже резултате у домену друштвеног функционисања у односу на кориснике алкохола и дувана. Налази ове студије сугеришу да корисници психоактивних супстанци имају респираторне сметње и лошију функцију плућа, промене на вокалним наборима, поремећај аудитивних и перцептивних параметара квалитета гласа и лошији квалитет живота. Додатне импликације сугеришу и неопходну помоћ и подршку логопеда у едукацији корисника психоактивних супстанци о начинима њихове примене и њиховој повезаности са поремећајима гласа и квалитетом живота у целини.
