ИМПЛИКАЦИЈЕ ПАНДЕМИЈЕ COVID-19 НА СТРАНЕ ДИРЕКТНЕ ИНВЕСТИЦИЈЕ У ЕВРОПСКИМ ТРАНЗИЦИОНИМ ЕКОНОМИЈАМА
Sažetak
Почетком 2020. године свет се суочио са озбиљном кризом изазваном
пандемијом Covid-19, а примена рестриктивних мера у циљу спречавања и
успоравања ширења вируса утицала је негативно на економске токове, укључујући
и стране директне инвестиције (СДИ). Ефекти пандемије Covid-19 на глобалне
токове СДИ су били разорни, што је резултирало великим падом СДИ. Токови ка
европским транзиционим земљама су такође били погођени, али мање у односу на
светски просек. Очекује се да ће опоравак СДИ од шока 2020. године бити дуг и
да ће бити немогуће да се врати на структурне и географске обрасце пре
пандемије. Имајући у виду напред наведено, циљ овог рада је анализа динамике
СДИ пре и током пандемије у европским транзиционим земљама како би се
испитао ефекат Covid-19 на СДИ. Резултати истраживања потврђују
негативан утицај пандемије на токове СДИ у европским транзиционим
економијама, изузев Црне Горе, Бугарске, Мађарске и Естоније где је дошло до
пораста прилива СДИ.
