АНАЛИЗА ПЕРФОРМАНСИ ТРГОВИНСКИХ ПРЕДУЗЕЋА НА БАЗИ MEREC И WASPAS МЕТОДА

Sažetak


У новије време прилико анализе перформанси трговинских предузећа све се више користе појединачно или интегрисано различите методе вишекритеријумског одлучивања.  На тај начин се боље, јер се истовремено интегрално користе неколико критеријума, стиче реална представа о оствареним перформансама у односу на класичне методе. Полазећи од тога, у овом раду се анализирају перформансе трговинских предузећа у Србији на бази MEREC и WASPAS метода. Према резултатима MEREC методе значај појединих критеријума по редоследу је следећи: C5 – број запослених, C3 – пословна имовина и C1 – пословни приходи. То значи да се циљне перформансе трговинских предузећа у Србији могу остварити ефикаснијим управљањем људским ресурсима, активном и продајом. У конкретном случају два су критеријума уклоњена: C2 – нето резултат и C4 – капитал. Ови фактори утичу али нису битно на перформансе трговинских предузећа у Србији. Извршено рангирање трговинских предузећа у Србији према WASPAS методи показује да је на првом месту DELHAIZE SERBIA DOO BEOGRAD. Slede: MERCATOR-S DOO NOVI SAD, LIDL SRBIJA KD NOVA PAZOVA, NELT CO. DOO BEOGRAD, PHOENIX PHARMA DOO BEOGRAD, MERCATA VT DOO NOVI SAD, KNEZ PETROL DOO ZEMUN, MOL SERBIA DOO BEOGRAD, OMV SRBIJA DOO BEOGRAD i LUKOIL SRBIJA AD BEOGRAD. Све у свему, у последње време су се под позитивним утицајем бројних макро и микро фактора (повољна економска клима, ефкасно управљање људским ресурсима, активом, капиталом, продајom и профитом, дигитализација целокупног пословања, итд.) побољшале перформансе трговинских предузећа у Србији.
