ТИМСКИ РАД КАО ПРЕДУСЛОВ РАЗВОЈА И ИНОВАТИВНОСТИ МАЛИХ И СРЕДЊИХ ПРЕДУЗЕЋА У СРБИЈИ

Sažetak


Ефикасан тимски рад је неопходан за успех било које организације, било да се ради о малом почетном бизнису или великој корпорацији. Када чланови тима раде заједно на заједничком циљу, они могу искористити своје вештине, знање и ресурсе како би иначе постигли изванредне резултате који не би били могући. Тимски рад омогућава малим и средњим предузећима да искористе вештине, знање и ресурсе чланова свог тима како би постигли своје циљеве и такмичили се на тржишту. Стога је предмет истраживања тимског рада у малим и средњим предузећима важна и релевантна област проучавања. Циљ овог истраживања је да се испита улога тимског рада у развоју и иновацијама малих и средњих предузећа у Србији. Истраживање има за циљ да истражи предности ефикасног тимског рада у малим и средњим предузећима. Хипотеза истраживања гласи: ефикасан тимски рад статистички значајно утиче на развој и иновације малих средњих предузећа. Од метода истраживања коришћен је упитник како би се боље разумело да се тимски рад посматра као важан фактор у развоју и иновативности малих и средњих предузећа.
