Sažetak


Тежња и циљ сваке компаније која послује у онлајн окружењу је да буде успешна, конкурентна и профитабилна, а да би се ти циљеви остварили морају се пратити актуелни трендови у развоју трговине путем Интернета. Компаније морају непрестано прилагођавати своје пословање новим трендовима који се мењају из године у годину. С обзиром на раст значаја оваквог начина куповине, од изузетне је важности постало да се идентификују фактори који утичу на понашање потрошача у онлајн окружењу. Стога, основни циљ овог рада је анализа понашања онлајн потрошача при куповини производа и услуга са аспекта различитих карактеристика потрошача и њихове перцепције ризика, али и користи које имају од оваквог начина куповине.
