Evaluacija i samoevaluacija pacijenata sa reumatskim bolestima u radnoj terapiji

Sažetak


Uvod: Reumatske bolesti predstavljaju veliku i heterogenu grupu oboljenja čije manifestacije ugrožavaju nezavisnost u svakodnevnim životnim aktivnostima, dovode do smanjenja ili gubitka sposobnosti za rad i imaju različitu funkcionalnu i životnu prognozu. Lečenje je kompleksno, rehabilitacione intervencije uključuju ciljane radno terapeutske procedure čijem sprovođenju prethodi detaljna evaluacija.

Cilj rada je prikaz promena u izvođenju svakodnenih okupacija pacijenata sa reumatskim bolestima korišćenjem metoda evaluacije i samoevaluacije u sklopu metodologije radno terapeutske procene u kliničkim uslovima.

Metode: Istraživanje je obavljeno u toku 2021. godine u nastavnim bazama Akademije strukovnih studija Beograd u Beogradu, na uzorku koji je formiran od 8 pacijenata sa različitim reumatskim bolestima koji su u toku lečenja i rehabilitacije uključeni u tretman u radnoj terapiji. Iste objektivne i subjektivne metode evaluacije korišćene su na početku i na kraju lečenja i rehabilitacije.

Rezultati: Kod svih ispitanika obuhvaćenim istraživanjem smanjio se bol, zamor se javljao kasnije, povećala se u različitom obimu aktivna pokretljivost. Svi ispitanici usvojili su i uvežbali pojedine elemente zaštitnih položaja i pokreta, čime su ostvarili napredak u okupacionim sektorima koji se odnose na samozbrinjavanje i/ili na profesionalne aktivnosti.

Zaključak: Iako metode samoevaluacije predstavljaju jedno od polazišta u izboru i doziranju procedura u radnoj terapiji u osposobljavanju za sigurnije i kvalitetnije obavljanje svakodnevnih okupacionih performansi, napredak koji su pacijenti ostvarili do kraja lečenja i rehabilitacije bio je vidljivije iskazan objektivnim metodama procene, nego metodama evaluacije i samoevaluacije.
