Механизам цивилне заштите Европске уније и позиционирање Републике Србије у оквирима Европске цивилне заштите
Sažetak
Апстракт: Основни циљ предметног рада је приказ структуре, начина функционисања и организације деловања Механизма цивилне заштите Европске уније, уз разматрање различитих аспеката међународне сарадње у области ванредних ситуација које пружа систем европске цивилне заштите, и анализу паралелних процеса, изазова и могућих праваца развоја који произилазе из учешћа Републике Србије у овом програму Европске уније намењеном јачању сарадње у области ванредних ситуација.
Полазећи од схватања да међународна сарадња представља важан сегмент система смањења ризика од катастрофа и управљања у ванредним ситуацијама, који подстиче и подржава процес развоја националних техничких капацитета и истовременог јачања људских ресурса, кроз квантитативни и квалитативни приступ се разматра постојећи ниво сарадње, те хипотетички анализира колико би се већим интензитетом отворио простор максимизацији ефеката који произилазе из учешћа Републике Србије у Механизму цивилне заштите Европске уније.
Очекивани резултат односи се на сумирање отворених питања, али и отворених могућности које пружа Механизам, уз увид у постојеће процесе и активности које самостално спроводи и као национална контакт тачка сходно надлежности на међуинституционалном нивоу координира Сектор за ванредне ситуације Министарства унутрашњих послова Републике Србије.
