Sažetak


Prilikom interpretacije elektrokardiograma aVR odvod je često zapostavljen iako daje značajne dijagnostičke i prognostičke mogućnosti. Ovaj odvod direktno gleda u gornju desnu stranu srca i obezbeđuje specifične informacije koje se odnose na izlazni trakt desne komore i bazalni deo interventrikularnog septuma. Ovaj deo septuma se najčešće ishranjuje iz septalnih grana proksimalnog dela RIA. Zbog ovoga prema literaturnim podacima elevacija ST segmenta ≥ 1 u aVR odvodu   tokom akutnog koronarnog događaja može ukazivati na okluziju glavnog stabla leve koronarne arterije, okluziju proksimalnog segmenta RIA ili tešku trosudovnu koronanu bolest. Ovo može da pomogne dijagnostici ali i pravilnoj terapiji kod ovakvih bolesnika. U našem radu ukazali smo na značaj aVR odvoda kroz pregled literture.
