Uloga lekara fudbalskog tima u prevenciji i terapiji sportskih povreda

Sažetak


Lekar fudbalskog tima kroz procenu i unapređenje opšteg zdravstvenog stanja igrača sprovodi programe prevencije i procenjuje rizik od povreda. Takođe, ima značajnu ulogu u preparticipacionom screening-u i u formiranju strategija prevencije sportskih povreda. S obzirom da povrede tokom fudbalske utakmice mogu dovesti do fatalnih posledica po zdravstveno stanje sportiste, ulogu u inicijalnoj terapiji i prevenciji ozbiljnijih povreda i morbiditeta sportista ima timski lekar. Različite su povrede muskulosketalnog sistema do kojih može doći tokom fudbalske utakmice, u čijem prvobitnom saniranju značajnu ulogu ima timski lekar. Kroz sprovođenje adekvatne inicijalne terapije i kroz svakodnevni nadzor i saradnjom sa igračima timski lekar efikasno sprovodi tretman i preveniranje povreda igrača. Sprovođenjem različitih programa prevencije i rane terapije timski lekar može efikasno sprovoditi nadzor nad sportskim povredama.
