Poremećaji glasa kod osoba sa Parkinsonovom bolešću: karakteristike, procena i tretman

Sažetak


Parkinsonova bolest je progresivno neurodegenerativno oboljenje koje se primarno manifestuje oštećenjem motorike i govora.  Iako poremećaji glasa karakterišu govor osoba sa Parkinsonovom bolešću, oni još uvek nisu dovoljno razjašnjeni sa kliničkog aspekta. S obzirom na to, cilj ovog rada je da se na osnovu pregleda dostupne literature prikažu karakteristike glasa kod Parkinosonove bolesti, kao i metode procene i tretmana.  

Pretraga releventne literature izvršena je na osnovu baza naučno istraživačkih radova PubMed, KoBSON, Science Direct, Google Scolar, kao i radova dostupnih u papirnoj verziji. Analizirani su radovi objavljeni od 2000. godine pa do danas posvećeni poremećajima glasa kod osoba sa Parkisonovom bolesti.

Rezultati pokazuju da se poremećaji glasa javljaju u okviru kliničke slike Parkinsonove bolesti i da simptomi progrediraju sa napredovanjem bolesti. Osnovne karakteristike glasa jesu monotonost, hipofoničnost i hrapavost. Zbog velikog uticaja poremećaja glasa na razumljivost govorna, u tretmanu ovih pacijenata koriste se različite metode govorne terapije. Li Silvermanov metod je najpoznatiji i najefikasniji metod rehabilitacije fonacije i respiracije kod osoba sa Parkinsonovom bolešću.

Pregledom i analizom dostupne literature, evidentno je da poremećaji glasa jesu jedan od značajnih simptoma ove bolesti, te da je logopedska procena i tretman glasa bitan element rehabilitacije ovih osoba.
