REZILIJENTNOST I ZDRAVI ŽIVOTNI STILOVI U POPULACIJI MEDICINSKIH SESTARA, STUDENATA I ADMINISTRATIVNIH RADNIKA

Cilj: Cilj ove studije je da utvrdi da li je rezilijentnost povezana za sa zdravim životnim stilovima, definisanim fizičkom aktivnošću, ishranom i pravilnim snom, u populaciji medicinskih sestara, studenata i administrativnih radnika. Materijal i metode: Istraživanjem je obuhvaćeno ukupno 290 ispitanika: 149 medicinskih sestara, 71 administrativni radnik i 70 studenata sestrinstva, iz šest različitih gradova na teritoriji Srbije, tokom 2022. godine. Za procenu rezilijentnosti koristili smo Kratku skalu rezilijentnosti (BRS). Da bismo ispitali uticaj zdravih stilova života, zamolili smo ispitanike da popune upitnik koji je uključivao opšti upitnik o socio-demografskim podacima i karakteristikama stila života, Međunarodni upitnik o fizičkoj aktivnosti (IPAQ) i upitnik procene mediteranske ishrane- Mediterranean Diet Adherence Screener (MEDAS). Rezultati: Ljudi koji pretežno koriste maslinovo ulje u ishrani kao glavnu kulinarsku mast rezilijentniji su od onih koji ga ne koriste (r = 0,024). Rezilijentnost nije povezana sa fizičkom aktivnošću, ali jeste povezana sa problemima sa spavanjem, optimizmom i mestom življenja. Zaključak: Rezultati našeg istraživanja predstavljaju važnu polaznu osnovu za uspostavljanje strategija za izgradnju rezilijentnosti, posebno u populaciji zdravstvenih radnika, s obzirom da većinu našeg uzorka čine medicinske sestre. Ovakvi rezultati dobijaju novu dimenziju u vremenima velikih društvenih globalnih promena (nedavna pandemija koronavirusa, ratovi), koje rezultiraju preopterećenjem nacionalnih zdravstvenih sistema
