Okviri kompetencija kao instrumenti za podršku kontinuiranom profesionalnom razvoju farmaceuta

Sažetak


Cilj. Kontinuirani profesionalni razvoj (CPD- continuing professional development) predstavlja jedan od najbitnijih prekursora rasta kompetentnosti. Za njegovu implementaciju potrebni su odgovarajući instrumenti i podrška. U ovom radu biće prikazani stavovi farmaceuta o uticaju okvira kompetencija na CPD, njihova prihvaćenost među farmaceutima u Srbiji i potencijalna buduća primena.  Takođe će biti prikazan motivacioni uticaj okvira kompetencija na  CPD i veza između određenih demografskih pokazatelja i motivacije na CPD.

Metode. Istraživanje metodom studije preseka tokom 2015-16. obuhvatilo je  diplomirane farmaceute koji delatnost obavljaju u javnim apotekama. Anketa je bila anonimna i dobrovoljna. Upitnici, generisani za potrebe ovog istraživanja, sadrže demografske podatke o ispitanicima  i  pitanja zatvorenog tipa, sa ponuđenom izborom odgovora, uz primenu skale Likertovog tipa. Statistička analiza izvršena je primenom Microsoft Office 2003 i The Statistical Package for social Sciences (SPSS) verzija 22.

Rezultati.  Među ispitanicima dominiraju osobe ženskog pola, bez specijalističkog obrazovanja, prosečne starosti oko 42 godine, prosečne dužine radnog staža oko 15 godina. Iskustvo sa okvirima kompetencija imalo je 26,12% ispitanika. Većina  je izrazila stav da su ih ovi instrumenti motivisali da aktivno upravljaju svojim profesionalnim razvojem, da postave konkretne ciljeve profesionalnog razvoja, da sagledaju svoju kompetetnost. Više od polovine ispitanika namerava da  u budućnosti primenjuje okvire kompetencija. Statistički Chi kvadrat test ukazao je da se ne može sa sigurnošću tvrditi da postoje razlike u motivaciji u upravljanju profesionalnim razvojem i postavljanju ciljeva profesionalnog razvoja između posmatranih grupa varijabli.

Zaključak. Istraživanje je pokazalo na pozitivan stav farmaceuta prema okvirima kompetencija i prepoznavanju ovih instrumenata kao podrške u CPD.
