Sažetak

Cilj:Osnovni cilj istraživanja je utvrđivanje komorbiditeta kod žena zavisnica od alkohola koje su se lečile u Klinici za bolesti zavisnosti Instituta za mentalno zdravlje Beograd.

Metode: Istraživanje je sprovedeno januara 2018. godine,retrospektivom studijom prikupljeni su podaci za potrebe istraživanja pregledom dostupne medicinske dokumentacije – otpusnih lista. Istraživački uzorak čini 136 žena zavisnica od alkohola uzrasta od 18 do 68. godina koje su se lečile na Klinici za bolesti zavisnosti u periodu od 2007. do 2017.godine. Za potrebe istraživanja, a polazeći od istraživačkih varijabli, sačinjena je posebna matrica za analizu sadržaja koja je popunjavana za svaku pacijentkinju obuhvaćenu istraživačkim uzorkom.

Rezulati. Među zavisnicama od alkohola u 17 ,6% je kao komorbiditet registrovana depresija, 5,9% je imalo suicidene ideacije i 11,8% anksioni poremećaj.

Zaključak. Proučavanje komorbiditeta ima značajne imlikacije, najpre zbog eventualne modifikacije lečenja osnovnog poremećaja i prilagođavanja terapijskog postupka komorbidnom poremećaju. Shodno tome, pravovremeno dijagnostikovanje i lečenje komorbidnih oboljenja utiče na lakši tok i bolju prognozu osnovnog oboljenja s jedne strane,ali i smanjenju troškova lečenja i rasterećuje zdravstvenog sistema , s druge strane.
