Nasilje na radu nad ljekarima porodične medicine kao dio globalnog fenomena u sektoru zdravstva
Sažetak
Uvod. Nasilje nad nad zdravstvenim radnicima je značajn globalni problem i zastuljen je i u razvijenim i u nerazvijenim zemljama. U Republici Srpskoj je također prisutan problem nasilja nad zdravstvenim radnicima i dešava se u javnom i privatnom sektoru zdravstva. Većina napada dolazi od pacijenata ili članova njihovih porodica koji imaju neku od mentalnih bolesti ili imaju štetne bihevijoralne navike poput uživanja alkohola ili droga.
Cilj rada. Ispitati zastupljenost nasilja na radu nad ljekarima porodične medicine,najčešće oblike nasilja, posljedice nasilja na profesionalni rad ljekara, kao i mjere prevencije.
Metod rada. Istraživanje je sprovedeno u 16 Zdravstvenih ustanova u Republici Srpskoj u periodu od januara do decembra 2018 godine po tipu studije presjeka na randomizovanom uzorku od 287 ispitanika, ljekara koji rade u službi porodične medicine. Instrument istraživanja je bio posebno kreiran upitnik za ovo istraživanje, a dobijeni podaci sustatistički obrađeni u programskom paketu SPSSv.19.
Rezultati istraživanja. U istraživanju su učestvovali ljekari oba pola, a većinu ispitanika činile su žene, njih 77,8%, dok je muškaraca bilo 22,2%. Većina ispitanika je zaposlena u javnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti, njih 97,11%. Od ukupnog broja anketiranih ljekara njih 84,48% je u toku radnog vijeka doživjelo nasilje na poslu. Analiza zastupljenosti pojedinih vidova nasilja pokazala je da je najčešći oblik nasilja verbalno nasilje u procentu od 40,7%. Ukupno 73,62% ispitanika smatra da nasilje na radu utiče na njihov dalji profesionalni rad.
Zaključak. Nasilje na radu nad ljekarima porodične medicne u Republici Srpskoj je značajno zastupljeno. Najčešći oblici nasilja su verbalno nasilje i grubo ponašanje ili ponašanje bez poštovanja, a kao najznačajnije mjere prevencije ljekari porodične medicine ističu manju opterećenost brojem pregleda, uvođenje oštrije krivične odgovornosti za prekršioce i uvođenje statusa službenog lica.
