Zloupotreba psihoaktivnih supstanci među adolescentima
Sažetak
Upotreba psihoaktivnih supstanci od strane adolescenata jedan je od ozbiljnijih problema savremenog društva. Osim što ugrožava živote mladih pojedinaca, upotreba psihoaktivnih supstanci među adolescentnom populacijom utiče na čitavo društvo i preti da izazove trajnu nestabilnost društva. Korišćenje psihoaktivnih supstanci nosi sa sobom brojne rizike i probleme. Pored toga što negativno deluje na zdravlje adolescenata, povlači za sobom brojna rizična ponašanja i izoženost opasnosti. Zbog takvog stanja, stvara se potreba da se reaguje i pristupi kreiranju programa prevencije. Brojna istaživanja nastoje da ispitaju aspekte upotrebe PAS u adolescenciji i dođu do rezultata koji će pomoći u suzbijanju ovog značajnog problema. Najčešće su ispitivani pojedinačni, psihološki faktori, interpersonalni činioci, uticaj društva i njegovih delova, razni socijalni činioci i biološki faktori. Utvrđno je da traženje senzacija, društveno suočavanje, direktna agresivnost, loše školsko postignuće i niži nivo roditeljskog staranja utiču na nezakonitu upotrebu droga i konzumiranje alkohola. Potrebno je ispitati i sve posledice do kojih dovodi upotreba psihoaktivnih supstanci i do kojih razmera efekti upotrebe supstanci tačno dosežu, bilo da se radi o efektima koji utiču na psiho-fizičko zdravlje pojedinca, njegovo ponašanje, odnose sa drugima ili socijalno funkcionisanje. Upotreba PAS među adolescentnom populacijom predstavlja globalni problem i tiče se adolescenata širom sveta, bez obzira na razvijenost određenog društva, njegove karakteristike, kulturu, ekonomske faktore, školski sistem i druge aspekte, Ovaj rad ima za cilj da upoređujući podatke iz različitih studija širom sveta, razjasni aspekte upotrebe
