Mogućnosti primene ultrazvučno vođene perkutane elektrolize kod mišićno-skeletnog bola

Sažetak


Fizikalna terapija neprekidno se razvija i prilagođava novim saznanjima i tehnologijama kako bi pružila optimalnu podršku pacijentima sa različitim mišićno-skeletnim stanjima. U tom kontekstu, nedavni napredak u tehnologiji i metodama terapije dovodi do uvođenja novih tehnika, a među njima se ističe ultrazvučno vođena perkutana elektroliza. Ova tehnika, koja kombinuje princip elektroterapije (jednosmerne konstantne struje) sa perkutanom aplikacijom igle, postaje sve značajnija u rehabilitaciji pacijenata sa tendinopatijama, miofascijalnim bolnim sindromima i drugim mišićno-skeletnim stanjima. Najveći broj dosadašnjih studija ukazuje njenu efikasnost bilo da se primenjuje kao pojedinačna procedura ili u kombinaciji sa drugim fizikalnim modalitetima i terapijskim vežbama.  Terapijski efekti su praćeni u kratkoročnom i dugoročnom periodu. S obzirom na to da je za rešavanje simptoma i posledica mišićno-skeletnog bola ova tehnika skoro uvedena, još uvek se traga za najadekvatnim terapijskim protokolima. Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je da se sagledaju pristupi i terapijski protokoli primene perkutane elektrolize u tretmanu mišićno-skeletnog bola. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju na pozitivne terapijske efekte i prednosti primene ultrazvučnovođene perkutane elektrolize kod mišićno-skeletnog bola.
