Validacija srpskih adaptacija skala za procenu poremećaja pažnje i hiperaktivnosti kod odraslih – ASRS 1.1. i ASRS−5

Abstract


Cilj ovog istraživanja jeste validacija srpske adaptacije Skale za procenu poremećaja pažnje i hiperaktivnosti (ADHD) kod odraslih ASRS 1.1 i nove, kraće i revidirane verzije ASRS5. ASRS 1.1 originalno meri dva domena ADHDa, bedostatak pažnje i hiperaktivnost/impulsivnost, dok je ASRS5 jednodimenzionalna skala. Na uzorku od 226 odraslih iz opšte populacije (43.8% muškog pola) pored ovih dveju skala, zadate su i Skala depresivnosti, anksioznosti i stresa (DASS-21), Dikmanovim invertar impulsivnosti (DII) i pitanja o učestalosti određenih ponašanja za procenu kriterijumske validnosti (učestalost konzumacije alkohola, cigareta i droga, saobraćajnih nesreća i fizičke agresije). Rezultati pokazuju da trofaktorska struktura ASRS 1.1 ima najbolji fit modela, pri čemu se razdvajaju faktori hiperaktivnosti i impulsivnosti, dok jednodimenzionalni model ASRS5 ostvaruje odlične indikatore fita. Značajne korelacije svih mera ADHDa su dobijene sa disfunkcionalnim impulsivnošću i aspektima psihološkog distresa, dok najveći broj korelacija sa kriterijumskim merama ostvaruje ASRS5. Nisu dobijene polne razlike u merama za procenu ADHD-a, dok je dobijena negativna korelacija sa starošću. Može se zaključiti da su obe skale pokazale dobre psihometrijske karakteristike, s tim što bi se ASRS5 pre mogla preporučiti u pogledu ekonomičnosti i boljoj osetljivosti u nekim aspektima validnosti.
