Relacije crta Mračne tetrade i subjektivnih pokazatelja karijernog uspeha

Sažetak


Cilj ovog istraživanja je ispitivanje povezanosti crta Mračne tetrade (makijavelizam, narcizam, psihopatija i sadizam) sa subjektivnim pokazateljima karijernog uspeha (zadovoljstvo poslom i karijerom), sagledavajući njihovu multidimenzionalnost. Uzorak je činilo 227 zaposlenih (27% muškog pola), a od upitnika su primenjene srpske adaptacije Upitnika zadovoljstva poslom, Skale zadovoljstva karijerom, Mach-IV, Upitnika narcističkog divljenja i rivalstva, Levensonove skale samoprocene psihopatije i Kratke skale sadističkih impulsa. Primenjena je hijerarhijska regresiona analiza u kojoj su u prvom bloku uvedeni prediktori iz domena demografskih karakteristika kako bi se njihov efekat držao pod kontrolom (pol, obrazovanje, radni staž), a u drugom bloku su uvedene mračne crte, dok su kriterijumi bili različiti aspekti zadovoljstva poslom i zadovoljstvo karijerom. Rezultati pokazuju da je makijavelizam dominantni negativni prediktor subjektivnih pokazatelja uspešnosti karijere, posebno zadovoljstva prirodom posla i komunikacijom u organizaciji, dok sekundarna psihopatija ostvaruje značajan negativni efekat na zadovoljstvo komunikacijom. Narcističko divljenje se povezuje sa nezadovoljstvom uslovima rada i odnosima sa kolegama. Primarna psihopatija, narcističko rivalstvo i sadizam se nisu pokazali kao značajni prediktori zadovoljstva poslom i karijerom iako ostvaruju negativne korelacije sa zadovoljstvom odnosa sa kolegama. Rezultati ukazuju na značaj mračnih crta ličnosti u objašnjenju subjektivnih pokazatelja uspeha karijere.
