Razvoj i psihometrijska svojstva skale za procenu stavova roditelja dece sa složenim komunikacionim potrebama prema AAC
Sažetak
Augmentativna i alternativna komunikacija (Augmentative and Alternative Communication – AAC) obuhvata različite strategije i tehnologije namenjene podršci osobama sa složenim komunikacionim potrebama. Iako je efikasnost AAC metodâ potvrđena u brojnim istraživanjima, stavovi i informisanost roditelja ostaju ključni faktori u procesu implementacije. Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je da se ispitaju stavovi roditelja dece sa poremećajima komunikacije o AAC metodama kroz preliminarnu psihometrijsku proveru instrumenta namenjenog ovoj proceni u domaćem kontekstu. U istraživanju je učestvovalo 50 roditelja dece sa složenim komunikacionim potrebama. Analiza podataka sprovedena je primenom metode parcijalnih najmanjih kvadrata (PLS-PM). Rezultati početne analize ukazali su na zadovoljavajuću unidimenzionalnost i pouzdanost većine konstrukata (DG rho > 0.70), dok je nekoliko stavki pokazalo niska faktorska opterećenja, a konstrukt „Opšti stavovi” nešto nižu internu konzistentnost. Nakon uklanjanja problematičnih stavki, uočen je porast pouzdanosti i konvergentne validnosti (viši DG rho i AVE), što potvrđuje opravdanost pročišćavanja skale. Ipak, rezultati HTMT analize ukazali su na ograničenu diskriminantnu validnost, posebno kod konstrukata sa manjim brojem preostalih indikatora, što je u skladu sa očekivanim efektima PLS-PM analize na malim uzorcima. Strukturni model potvrdio je značaj roditeljskog znanja o AAC kao o glavnom prediktoru spremnosti za primenu ovih metoda. Skala razvijena u ovom istraživanju predstavlja funkcionalnu početnu verziju instrumenta. Preporučuje se njena dalja validacija na većim i raznovrsnijim uzorcima, kao i razvoj dodatnih stavki radi unapređenja konstruktne validnosti i praktične primene.
