STAVOVI FARMACEUTA U PRIMARNOJ ZDRAVSTVENOJ ZAŠTITI PREMA REVIZIJI TERAPIJE KOJU PROPISUJU LEKARI OPŠTE PRAKSE

Sažetak


Uvod: Unapređenje pružanja usluga u primarnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti postavlja pred farmaceute neophodnost promena njihove tradicionalne uloge i usmeravanje ka aktivnijem učešću u farmakoterapijskom zbrinjavanju pacijenata.To je moguće ostvariti samo u bliskoj saradnji sa ostalim zdravstvenim stručnjacima

Cilj: Ova studija istražuje prepreke i praktične probleme za implementaciju revizije propisane terapije kao standardne usluge u svakodnevnoj praksi u zdravstvenom sistemu Srbije.

Metod: Osamdeset devet farmaceuta zaposlenih u primarnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti na teritoriji grada Kragujevca je anketirano, od kojih je pedeset popunilo anketu i učestvovalo u istraživanju. Dobijeni odgovori vezani za prednosti, prepreke i praktične probleme kao i budućnost implementacije ove usluge su analizirani, kao i uticaj demografskih karakteristika ispitanika na  date odgovore.

Rezultati:Farmaceuti su kao glavne prepreke prepoznali neadekvatnu komunikaciju sa lekarima koji propisuju terapiju kao i nedostatak vremena i prostora i informatičke podrške da bi mogli da prošire svoju ulogu, a uvođenje elektronskog zdravstvenog kartona pacijenta, elektronsku povezanost domova zdravlja, apoteka i RZZO, kao neophodne promene u zdravstvenom sistemu.

Zaključak: Da bi se usluga u apotekama proširila i na aktivnu reviziju propisane terapije, neophodno je unapređenje saradnje na relaciji lekar – farmaceut, uključivanje lekara koji propisuju terapiju u slična istraživanja i rešavanje praktičnih problema čime bi se stvorila mogućnost da se stručnim aktivnostima posveti najveći deo radnog vremena u primarnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti.
