FAKTORI KOJI UTIČU NA PRENOS ZNANJA SA UNIVERZITETSKIH NASTAVNIKA NA STUDENTE DOKTORSKIH STUDIJA

Sažetak


Pojava koja se ne može nazvati neetičnim ponašanjem u obrazovanju ali predstavlja značajan problem nastaje kada nastavnici zaduženi za održavanje nastave na doktoskim studijama ne pružaju stručnu pomoć kada im studenti to zatraže. U ovoj studiji, koja se bavi simulacijom interakcije studenata doktorskih studija sa nastavnicima, ispitani su faktori koji mogu uticati na spremnost nastavnika da studentima razjasne metodološka pitanja u vezi sa dizajnom njihove buduće doktorske teze.  Od 153 nastavnika kojima je tražena pomoć vezana za pripremu dijzajna teze 47% nije uopšte odgovorlilo, a od onih koji su odgovorili samo 21% je zakazalo sastanak sa studentima. Naša studija je pokazala da su univerzitetski nastavnici spremniji da pomognu studentima doktorskih studija ukoliko su mlađi, skorije počeli da rade na univerzitetu i ako imaju više publikacija i veći indeks citiranosti.
