A specific aim of the study is to identify the challenges and barriers to the integration of AI in the classroom, as well as potential areas for improvement through professional development of teachers. To this end, a quantitative study was conducted. The sample consisted of 74 teachers working in primary, secondary and higher education institutions and universities in the Republic of Serbia. The research findings indicate that teachers recognise the benefits that artificial intelligence can bring to the educational process, but also face numerous challenges in its implementation. Key barriers include a lack of adequate training, technological infrastructure and institutional support, as well as the need to address ethical concerns and technical challenges.
Milena V. Leadership is becoming more recognized as a key issue for companies facing change in a complex and evolving environment. This leads to the need to understand the extensive literature on leadership. However, it is notable that the literature is primarily focused on effective leadership, ignoring the dark side of it. However, research in the field of change has shown that such toxic forms of leadership negatively affect the capacity of organizations to adapt to change. If traits associated with narcissism are also associated with ineffective leadership, the real question is why are narcissistic personalities often found in leadership positions? One possibility is that narcissists have skills and traits that are necessary for emerging leaders, but are not necessarily useful for effective leadership. In other words, narcissism might predict leader emergence, but not necessarily their effectiveness. This paper is an attempt to systematize previous theoretical and practical findings in the field of narcissism and leadership, as well as their mutual connection.
Zana J. A total of 62 children (32 girls and 30 boys) from the preschool program at the "Kolibri" PU "Radost" preschool institution in Vrnjačka Banja participated in this project. The process consisted of several phases: selecting a location for the course; acquiring unstructured materials for the activity; designing templates and planning the course layout; building the course; and opening the course, which included guiding the children through the unstructured material course and explaining the tasks; мonitoring included assessing the children's interest in the course, and evaluation involved summarizing the results.
Irena R. His most significant success so far was in Australia, where since 2007 marketing campaigns and annual tours have made Rieu one of the most memorable artists and performers. Rieu was among the best-selling artists in any musical genre. As a performer, Rieu is a leader in elaborate performances that includes great architectural replicas and props, costumes, dancers, easy comedy and jokes with the audience. The critique of Rieu's practices is mainly derived from the high artistic sector of classical music. This sector represents a special and prescriptive way of appreciation that resists adaptation to the contemporary and pluralistic cultural environment. Combined with open criticism, this suggests that classical high art music attempts to define, or redefine itself, as a reaction against the gradual inclusion of commercial and national elements.
Marjan D. For its successful and functional implementation, collaboration and partnership among parents, preschool teashers, and specialists, as well as the involvement of individual assistants for better support, are essential.

If preschool teachers are insufficiently trained to work with children with developmental difficulties, it hinders the realization of activities. Integration is achieved by establishing developmental groups, which fosters the desire for parents to accept that their child has developmental difficulties. Acceptance influences the quality of parental care and the child's development, while rejection and denial of difficulties prevent the child's progress.

Establishing partnerships between preschool institutions, families, and other social factors improves and supports inclusive practices. The partnership must be based on respect and the active involvement of parents, who play a crucial role in the development of their children. All children, including those with difficulties, deserve equal opportunities for progress and socialization.
Adrijana A. Aleksić, Sanja M. Mitrović Copyright (c) 2025 Sanja M.
