Нова коровирусна болест 2019. (ЦОВИД-19) и новорођенчад
Sažetak
Крајем децембра 2019. године, Вухан, Кина, постао је центар непознатог избијања упале плућа која се брзо ширила Кином и широм света, укључујући Иран, а Светска здравствена организација (ВХО) прогласила је нову болест хитном јавношћу за здравље са глобалном забринутошћу. Од избијања ЦОВИД-19, урађена су многа истраживања о епидемиолошким подацима и клиничким знацима код одраслих. Међутим, кохерентне студије из ове области су веома ретке код новорођенчади, а подршка и пажња деци у пандемијској ситуацији требало би да се удвоструче због слабости и неразвијености неонаталног имунолошког система. Стога је ова студија имала за циљ да прегледа инфекцију ЦОВИД-19 код новорођенчади код које се расправља о темама као што су дијагностички тестови, клиничке манифестације, препоруке о дојењу, критеријуми за исцедак и породично образовање у пандемијским условима. Преглед литературе не показује постојање доказа о преношењу постељице ЦОВИД-19 с мајке на новорођенче и да су сви узорци припремљени из амнионске течности, крви из пупчане врпце и мајчиног млека код мајки са ЦОВИД -19 били негативни за инфекцију ЦОВИД-19, и клиничка манифестације ЦОВИД-19 биле су неспецифичне код новорођенчади, посебно превремено рођене деце. С обзиром да је ограничен број порођаја од мајке са ЦОВИД-19 и будући да је епидемиолошки и клинички образац ЦОВИД-19 код новорођенчади нејасан, ова прегледна студија описује дијагностичке тестове, клиничке манифестације, разматрања дојења, критеријуме пражњења и породично образовање, у тренутном разумевању инфекције ЦОВИД-19 код новорођенчади и пружају информације за боље управљање инфекцијом САРС-ЦоВ-2
