The EFEKAT ROBOTSKI POTPOMOGNUTOG HODA I TRADICIONALNOG TRENINGA NA MOTORIČKA OŠTEĆENJA KOD DECE SA CEREBRALNOM PARALIZOM

Sažetak


Cilj. Cilj ovog rada je bio da utvrdi efikasnost robotski-potpomognutog hoda ( Lokomat) i tradicionalnog tretmana na povećanje obima pokreta, mišićne snage i smanjenja spasticiteta kod dece sa cerebralnom paralizom.

Metod. 26 ispitanika prosečne starosti 7.69 godina, nivoa I-IV na Sistemu klasifikacije grubih motoričkih funkcija sa bilateralnom i unilateralnom formom cerebralne paralize su imali intezivni trening  od 20 Lokomat i  20 tradicionalnih fizioterapeutskih tretmana, koji su trajali  po 40 minuta.

Rezultati. Postoji pozitivan efekat Lokomat i tradicionalne terapije na obim pokreta fleksije, ekstenzije, abdukcije u kuku; ekstenzije u kolenu i dorzi i planatrne fleksije u skočnom zglobu. Redukcija spasticiteta je utvrđena kod 7.7 % -26.9 % ispitanika a mišićna snaga je povećana kod 30.8%-80 % ispitanika u zavisnosti od strane i mišića donjih ekstremiteta. Najznačajnije povećanje obima pokreta je ekstenzija u kolenom zglobu i dorzifleksija stopala. Povećanje mišićne snage  kvadricepsa je kod 68%-80 % ispitanika. Spacitet je niži u aduktorima, mišićima zadnje lože nadkolenice i gastroknemiusu kod 26.9 % dece.

Zaključak. Lokomat trening kao dopuna tradicionalnom tretmanu ima ograničen ali ne i zanemarljiv efekat na povećanje obima pokreta, mišićne snage i smanjenja spasticiteta kod dece sa cerebralnom paralizom.
