Procena snage stiska šake u kineziološkoj evaluaciji

Sažetak


Snaga stiska šake predstavlja široko priznat i validan biomarker mišićne snage i opšteg zdravstvenog statusa, te ima značajnu prediktivnu vrednost za različite zdravstvene ishode. S obzirom na laku primenu, nisku cenu i pouzdanost merenja pomoću dinamometra, ovaj parametar je postao česta tema naučnih istraživanja. Istraživanja su dosledno pokazala da smanjena vrednost snage stiska konzistentno korelira sa povećanom smrtnošću, dužinom bolničkog lečenja i smanjenom fizičkom sposobnošću. Sem toga, snaga stiska je povezana s funkcijom kognitivnih sposobnosti, rizikom od hroničnih bolesti (kao što su kardiovaskularne bolesti i demencija), kao i s većom verovatnoćom fizičke slabosti i sarkopenije. Ovakav multidimenzionalni aspekt snage stiska i njena prediktivna sposobnost čine je važnim instrumentom u procenama zdravstvenog stanja, rehabilitaciji i kreiranju trenažnih programa u kineziološkoj praksi. Cilj rada je da sagleda mogućnosti koje nam pruža rad sa dinamometrom.
