Krvarenje iz tumora dojke kao hitno stanje u medicini

Sažetak


Uvod: Karcinom dojke je najčešće maligno oboljenje kod žena. Godišnje oboli oko milion žena u svetu, sa kontinuiranim porastom incidence. Zahvaljujući napretku dijagnostike, uvođenju skrininga, hirurškom i onkološkom lečenju, karcinom dojke predstavlja dobro kontrolisanu bolest, a neretko i potpuno izlečivu. Međutim, još uvek se u kliničkoj praksi srećemo sa lokalno uznapredovalim oblicima ovog maligniteta.  Česta komplikacija takvih ulcerisanih tumora je krvarenje koje predstavlja životno ugrožavajuće hitno stanje i koje se u najvećem broju slučajeva mora rešavati palijativnom hirurškom intervencijom.  Cilj rada:  Upoznati specijaliste urgentne medicine i lekare drugih specijalnosti sa opisanom komplikacijom, kako bi takve pacijente pravovremeno i na odgovarajući način zbrinuli. Metod rada: Pretražena je PubMed baza podataka i GoogleScholar i pronađeni su relevantni članci prema određenim ključnim rečima. Zaključak: Prepoznavanje  krvarenja kao komplikacije i adekvatan hirurški tretman dovode do produžavanja preživljavanja i popravljanja kvaliteta života, čak i kada se radi i o bolesniku u terminalnom stadijumu maligne bolesti.
