OCENA MERA ZA PODSTICANJE INOVACIONO-INVESTICIONE AKTIVNOSTI MALIH PREDUZEĆA U RUSIJI
Abstract
U članku se razmatraju specifičnosti sadašnjeg sistema državne podrške malog biznisa u Rusiji, moderne institucije i instrumente sprovođenja državne politike za stimulisanje malog biznisa. Obavlena je analiza rezultata delatnosti ruskih fondova za podršku razvoju procesa inovacija i investicija malim i srednjim preduzećima. Predložene su načine za pobolјšanje mera državne podrške malog biznisa u Rusiji.
