Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • Submission Check list has to be downloaded, signed and uploaded along with manuscript in the next step (Upload submission). Only manuscripts with uploaded Submission Check list will be taken into further consideration.

  • Instructions for authors has to be downloaded and used in the preparation of the manuscript for the revision process and final acceptance of the manuscript.

Submission Requirements 

Journal of Applied Engineering Science differentiate between the requirements for new and final submissions. 

New submissions 

There are no strict formatting requirements in this phase. Please submit your manuscript as a single Word document, in any format or layout that can be used by referees to evaluate your manuscript. All submitted manuscripts must contain the essential elements recognized in scientific paper.

You must download, read and acknowledge that you've completed the requirements below before further proceeding. 

- Instructions for authors has to be downloaded and used in the preparation of the manuscript for the revision process and final acceptance of the manuscript. 

- Submission Check list has to be downloaded, signed and uploaded along with manuscript in the next step (Upload submission). Only manuscripts with uploaded Submission Check and a fully completed metadata list list will be taken into further consideration.

Final submissions 

Only when your manuscript is at the final revision stage, will you be requested to put your manuscript in to a Final submission manuscript format for acceptance of your article. Author guidelines for Final submission manuscript format are given within Instructions for authors document.
