RIZICI POVEZANI SA ROBOTSKOM AUTOMATIZACIJOM PROCESA

Pozadina: Svakodnevna težnja kompanija ka promenama i boljim načinima u obavljanju poslova vodi ka praćenju novih trendova. Implementacija robotske automatizacije procesa (engl. Robotic Process Automation - RPA) kao jedne od novijih tehnologija odgovara trendu automatizacije koja je karakteristična za 21. vek, i dobija sve više na značaju. Ipak, s obzirom na noviji datum ove tehnologije, postavljaju se brojna pitanja koja nisu dovoljno istražena i na koja treba dati odgovore. Jedan od aspekata robotske automatizacije procesa koji je nedovoljno istražen uključuje rizike koji se mogu pojaviti tokom razvoja, implementacije ili upotrebe ove tehnologije. Svrha: Cilj ovog rada je da se identifikuju potencijalni rizici koji se mogu pojaviti u toku realizacije projekta robotske automatizacije procesa. Dizajn/metodologija/pristup istraživanju: Kako bi se odgovorilo na postavljeno istraživačko pitanje i ostvario definisani cilj, realizovan je sistematski pregled literature pretragom indeksnih baza Web of Science i SCOPUS. Rezultati/zaključci: Rezultati sistematskog pregleda literature ukazuju na najčešće rizike robotske automatizacije procesa koji pored rizika koji su karakteristični za implementaciju bilo koje tehnologije sadrže i rizike koji su svojstveni samo ovoj tehnologiji. Ograničenja/buduća istraživanja: Identifikovana ograničenja se odnose na mali broj radova usmerenih ka rizicima robotske automatoizacije procesa, te se za budućnost predlaže istraživanje koje bi uključivalo dodatne baze radova.
