Zarobljavanje države i službe bezbednosti u Srbiji
Sažetak
Zarobljavanje države predstavlja namerno preduzet politički poduhvat čiji je glavni cilj sticanje nekontrolisane moći u državi, koja potom omogućava neometano i nekažnjivo ostvarenje uskih interesa političkih elita, a na štetu javnog dobra. Zbog prirode svog rada i organizacije, službe bezbednosti predstavljaju prvu metu u ovom procesu, a kasnije postaju i njegov glavni akter. Zapravo, političke elite i službe bezbednosti su prirodni partneri u ovom poduhvatu, a sam proces zarobljavanja države dobija karakter složene obaveštajne operacije. Iako u prilog ovome govore iskustva brojnih država, radovi koji na sistematičan i teorijski utemeljen način istražuju ulogu službi bezbednosti u zarobljavanju države i dalje su malobrojni. Cilj ovog rada je da, polazeći od skorašnjih teorijskih određenja zarobljene države, utvrdi koji činioci i uslovi, kao i akteri i mehanizmi, omogućavaju brzo zarobljavanje službi bezbednosti, te njihovu dalju upotrebu u potpunom zarobljavanju države. Ovo će biti pokazano na primeru Srbije koja, dve decenije od otpočinjanja demokratske transformacije, predstavlja zarobljenu država koja klizi ka autokratiji.
