Stilova bolest sa adultnim početkom u infektološkoj praksi – prikaz slučaja

Sažetak
Stilova bolest sa adultnim početkom je redak autoimuni poremećaj koji se karakteriše trijasom povišene temperature, artralgije i ospe. Pored ovih dominantnih simptoma klinička slika je raznolika, sa zahvatanjem više organa i za dijagnozu je potrebno isključiti slična oboljenja i ispuniti dijagnostičke kriterijume.
Prezentujemo slučaj dvadesetogodišnje pacijentkinje inicijalno lečene zbog sumnje na alergijsku reakciju na lek a zatim upućene infektologu zbog nejasnog febrilnog stanja praćenog ospom.
Cilj rada je da ukaže na diferencijalno dijagnostičke teškoće sa kojima se suočavaju kliničari u postavljanju dijagnoze Stilove bolesti.
