Stavovi povezani sa emigracijom studenata završne godine medicine

Abstract


Cilj: Analiziranje stavova studenata (šeste) godine medicine, Univerziteta u Beogradu u vezi sa migracijom nakon završenih studija.

Materijal i metode: Sprovedena je studija preseka, januara 2015.god, na medicinskom fakultetu u beogradu, mđu studentima završne godine. Statistička obrada vršena je metodama deskriptivne i analitičke statistike, korišćen je χ2 test.

Rezultati: Među 180 ispitanika, bilo je 62,8% studentkinja. Srbiju sigurno želi da napusti nakon završenog Medicinskog fakulteta 29/180 (16,1%) studenata, o odlasku razmišlja najveći broj ispitivane populacije, 117/180 (65%), dok je 18,9% studenata sigurno da želi da ostane u Srbiji da bi radili u struci. Od 29 studenata koji sigurno žele da napuste zemlju 58,6% ima izuzetan uspeh (≥8,50) na studijama. Nemački kao prvi strani jezik uči 44,9% studenata. U odnosu na važnost razvoja karijere i usavršavanja u struci, veću platu, sticanje životnog iskustva, viši standard nego u Srbiji i postojanje bezperspektivnosti u Srbiji zabeleženi su visoki skorovi i kod studenata koji sigurno žele da napuste zemlju kao i kod studenata koji razmišljaju o odlasku iz Srbije. 66,9% odovorilo je da bi želeli da rade u Beogradu, ako ostanu u Srbiji.

Zaključak: Rezultati našeg istraživanja pokazuju da student završne godine Medicinskog fakulteta, Univerziteta u Beogradu, izražavaju svesnu želju za emigracijom, odnosno tendenciju ka napuštanju Srbije u potrazi za zaposlenjem i napredovanjem u struci.
