Značaj testa fluentnosti u neuropsihološkoj dijagnostici

Sažetak


Cilj istraživanja bio je ispitivanje verbalne fluentnosti kao pokazatelja izvršnih funkcija kod osobe sa dijagnostikovanim poremećajem iz shizofrenog spektra u poređenju sa tipično funkcionišućom osobom. Korišćen je test verbalne fluentnosti koji obuhvata zadatke fonemske i semantičke fluentnosti. Ispitivanje je sprovedeno na dva ispitanika – osobi sa shizofrenijom i kontrolnoj osobi iz tipične populacije. Meren je broj proizvedenih reči u zadatim vremenskim okvirima, kao i kvalitativni aspekti poput klasterovanja i šiftinga. Rezultati su pokazali značajno smanjenje fonemske fluentnosti kod osobe sa shizofrenijom, dok je semantička fluentnost bila blago smanjena, ali relativno očuvana. Kod ispitanika iz tipične populacije rezultati su bili u granicama očekivanih vrednosti, sa jasno izraženom verbalnom fleksibilnošću i odgovarajućom kontrolom verbalne produkcije. Nalazi potvrđuju da se putem testa verbalne fluentnosti mogu efikasno prepoznati razlike u izvršnim funkcijama i organizaciji leksičko-semantičkog sistema između ovih grupa. Test predstavlja vredan alat u neuropsihološkoj proceni, posebno u kontekstu shizofrenog spektra i omogućava diferencijalnu dijagnostiku i praćenje toka bolesti.
