Sažetak

Upotreba alkohola u adolescentskoj dobi nosi zdravstvene i socijalne rizike. Cilj rada je bio da se opišu obrasci konzumacije alkohola i stavovi učenika po ovom pitanju u JU SMŠ „Bećo Bašić” u Plavu, te da se identifikuju potencijalne tačke za preventivno djelovanje. Prevalentno, presječno, anonimno anketno istraživanje (Google forms), sprovedeno 03–08. marta 2025. Ukupan uzorak: 139 učenika (47,5% muških; 52,5% ženskih; uzrast 15–18 godina). Podaci su analizirani deskriptivnom statistikom (procenti). Alkohol trenutno konzumira 14,4% učenika. Prvi kontakt s alkoholom najčešće se dešava u uzrastu 15–16 godina. Najčešća situacija konzumacije je druženje s prijateljima; 57,6% ispitanika poznaje vršnjaka koji redovno pije. Većina smatra konzumaciju među vršnjacima neprihvatljivom (61,9%) i procjenjuje uticaj alkohola na zdravlje kao negativan (86,3%), a 38,1% učenika je bio svjedok negativnih posljedica (porodični konflikti, saobraćaj, i sl.). Uočen je diskrepantni obrazac, relativno niska lična prevalencija, ali visoka izloženost tuđem pijenju i ranim kontaktima s alkoholom. Preventivne mjere treba usmjeriti na vršnjačko okruženje, ranu edukaciju (15–16 god.), školske programe i dosljednu kontrolu dostupnosti maloljetnicima.
