DA LI JE OPRAVDANA LEGALIZACIJA MEDICINSKE I REKREATIVNE UPOTREBE KANABISA?

Abstract


Sažetak: Kanabis je droga koja je najrasprostranjenija na tržištu u gotovo svim zemljama sveta. S obzirom da spada u grupu tzv. lakih droga i da se pod određenim uslovima koristi u medicinske svrhe, može se postaviti pitanje da li je opravdano legalizovati upotrebu kanabisa. Ovaj problem je aktuelan, jer su pojedine zemlje već legalizovale medicinsku, odnosno rekreativnu upotrebu kanabisa. U radu će biti obrazloženo naše stanovište da je opravdana legalizacija medicinske upotrebe ove biljke. Suprotno tome, zauzeli smo stav da legalizacija komercijalne prodaje i rekreativne upotrebe kanabisa nije prihvatljiva. Pri analizi naučnih radova smo koristili metod analize sadržaja. Takođe, koristili smo metod dedukcije i indukcije, kao i metod sinteze.
