Stavovi policijskih službenika o implementaciji kamera na uniformi u Policiju Srbije

Sažetak
Policijske organizacije u Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama prve su pre deset godina implementirale u svoj rad kamere koje se mogu postaviti na telu ili delovima uniforme. Ubrzo posle njih, policijske organizacije u Evropi, takođe, implementiraju kamere u svoj rad. Kamere su od strane policijskih organizacije viđene kao sredstvo za rešavanje određenih problema i unapređenje rada policije. Policija Srbije prateći trendove u modernizaciji svetskih policija u mesecu septembru 2023. godine započela je pilot projekat radi implementacije kamera. U periodu kada nije bilo ni nagoveštaja o mogućem pilot projektu realizovano je istraživanje radi sagledavanja stavova i mišljenja policijskih službenika o kamerama. Zaključci autora zasnovani na rezultatima istraživanja predstavljeni u radu mogu poslužiti u donošenju odluka i planiranju postupka implementacije kamera.
