СТРУКТУРНА ОГРАНИЧЕЊА ДЕЛОВАЊА НОВИХ ДРУШТВЕНИХ ПОКРЕТА
Sažetak
У раду се спроводи концептуално истраживање засновано на Грамшијевој теорији хегемоније. Аналитички се испитују структурна ограничења деловања Нових друштвених покрета и недостатак трансформативних стратегија. Приступа се испитивању дефиниција Нових друштвених покрета, као и њихових стратегија отпора које се потом доводе у везу са појмом контра-хегемоније, односно испитује се да ли отпори покрета могу бити означени као контра-хегемонија. Полази се од идеје да је актуелни хегемони пројекат либералан, постмодеран и глобализацијски и да успева успешно да ко-оптира друштвене покрете који му пружају отпор. Пошто су Нови друштвени покрети окарактерисани премештањем из области производње у област потрошње, закључује се да су главна структурна ограничења отпора/контра-хегемоних стратегија заснована управо на том прелазу. Напуштањем питања организације економског система производње, као и одбацивањем политичког друштва у корист грађанског друштва, ови покрети остају унутар доминантне политичке парадигме. Фрагментација/атомизација са наглашеним проблемима признања идентитета и инсистирањем на политици разлика, уз одбијање политичких организација и вођства на појмовном нивоу одбацује успостављање нове хегемоније и тиме деловање друштвених покрета одређује као анти-хегемоно.
