ДИГИТАЛНА ПРОПАГАНДА И ДЕЗИНФОРМАЦИЈЕ ГЕНЕРИСАНЕ ВЕШТАЧКОМ ИНТЕЛИГЕНЦИЈОМ: СТУДИЈЕ СЛУЧАЈА ИЗРАЕЛСКО-ПАЛЕСТИНСКОГ СУКОБА И ПАДА БАШАРА АЛ-АСАДА У СИРИЈИ
Sažetak
У овом раду, ауторка ће анализирати улогу дигиталне пропаганде и дезинформација генерисаних вештачком интелигенцијом (ВИ) у текућим блискоисточним конфликтима, са фокусом на ескалацију сукоба на релацији Израел-Палестина, те на свргавање председника Сиријске Републике Башара ал-Асада (Bashar al-Assad). У овом географском оквиру, ауторка ће истражити на који начин технологије засноване на ВИ, а номинално генерисање дипфејк (deepfake) материјала, има употребну вредност у зонама конфликта, трасирајући прве кораке у коришћењу оваквих тактика у ратне сврхе у актуелном руско-украјинском сукобу. Потврђујући присутност и утицај овог типа сајбер операција, ауторка ће настојати да, спровођењем анализе две студије случаја, потврди хипотезу да савремена дигитална пропаганда, потпомогнута и генерисана ВИ, значајно усложњава ток текућих дешавања, доводећи до неминовне ескалације сукоба и отежавајући разграничење истине од лажи, како у војном, тако и у политичком контексту. Користећи се методом анализе садржаја, са фокусом на идентификовање инстанци пласирања дигиталне пропаганде генерисане ВИ, приступиће се свеобухватној анализи и студији појединачних случаја Израела/Палестине и Сиријске Републике, ради креирања оквира могућности и утицаја таквог садржаја на класичне оружане сукобе, али и на политичке кризе на нивоу Блиског истока.
