НОВИ ПАКТ О МИГРАЦИЈИ И АЗИЛУ ЕВРОПСКЕ УНИЈЕ
Sažetak
У овом раду су анализирана најновија нормативна решења Европске уније у областима миграција и азила. Представљене су најважније активности Европске уније у тим областима, а које су претходно утицале на усвајање нових нормативних аката са циљем обезбеђивања безбедности и добробити људи који траже међународну заштиту и бољи живот. У том смислу дат је детаљан преглед свих прописа које је усвојила Европска унија, а који чине нови Пакт о миграцији и азилу. Анализа укључује и посебан осврт на нова нормативна решења, као и упоредни приказ са претходним верзијама прописа Европске уније у овим областима. Фокус рада је на анализи реформе целокупног европског оквира за управљање азилом и миграцијама у циљу успостављања сигурнијих спољних граница, бржих и ефикаснијих процедура за азил, као и праведнијег и ефикаснијег система солидарности и одговорности.
