ТЕРОРИСТИЧКА ДЕЈСТВА ЈЕМЕНСКИХ ХУТА КАО ОДГОВОР НА ВОЈНЕ АКЦИЈЕ ИЗРАЕЛА И ПОСЛЕДИЦЕ ПО МЕЂУНАРОДНУ БЕЗБЕДНОСТ И ТРГОВИНУ
Sažetak
Хути (Ансар Алах) су милитантни покрет који негује заидски облик шиизма и воде порекло из Саада, провинције у северном Јемену. Од 2014. године они се налазe у грађанском рату и боре се за превласт у Јемену. Нападом Хамаса на Израел 7. октобра 2023. године започео је нови рат на Блиском истоку. Хути су одмах након напада подржали Хамас, а након одмазде Израела и покретања војне операције објавили да ће нападати ратне и комерцијалне бродове који су на неки начин повезани са Израелом, а плове Аденским заливом и Црвеним морем. Полазна претпоставка овог рада јесте да су дејства Хута терористичка, а последице по међународну безбедност и трговину далекосежне. Циљ овог рада јесте анализа поменутих дејстава Хута у Црвеном мору и Аденском заливу, као њиховом одговору на војне акције Израела, а у циљу пружања подршке народу Палестине, притом напоменувши да су они од јануара 2024. године од стране САД окарактерисани као глобална терористичка група. У првом делу рада биће дата појмовна одређења тероризма и поморског тероризма, док ће у другом делу рада акценат бити на објашњењу настанка овог покрета, њиховом учешћу у грађанском рату, као и давању одговора на питање да ли су они терористи или побуњеници. У трећем делу рада анализираће се реакција Хута на војне акције Израела које су последица напада Хамаса, као и хронологија и приказ њихових напада од новембра 2023. године. У последњем делу рада биће приказане последице по међународну безбедност и трговину, као и начин на који је свет одговорио на дејства Хута, у виду формирања две операције Prosperity Guardian и Aspides.
