ГЕОЕКОНОМСКА КОМПОНЕНТА ВЕЛИКЕ СТРАТЕГИЈЕ СЈЕДИЊЕНИХ АМЕРИЧКИХ ДРЖАВА У ПЕРИОДУ ИЗМЕЂУ ДВА СВЕТСКА РАТА
Sažetak
Америчка спољна политика, од Париске мировне конференције до Женевске конференције о разоружању (1932–1934), посматра се уобичајено кроз призму стратегије изолационизма. Разлози за то су методолошке природе с обзиром да се највећа пажња углавном придавала политичким процесима, без њихове повезаности са економским. Регулисање америчких ратних зајмова и финансијска политика редак су предмет истраживања. Рад се заснива на тврдњи како је геоекономска компонента била централни елемент америчке велике стратегије у периоду између два светска рата и да је претходила политичкој и војној стратегији. Применом економских инструмената амерички државни врх настојао је да осигура примат у односима са Европом и створи услове за водећу улогу САД. Државни врх у Вашингтону за остваривање геополитичких циљева користио је ратне зајмове додељиване европским државама за време Првог светског рата и предводио је регулисање немачких репарација. Из тог разлога, рад разматра теоријску основу геоекономије и улогу ове компоненте у великостратешкој политици.
