ОД ГЕОПОЛИТИЧКИХ КА АСТРОПОЛИТИЧКИМ ТЕНЗИЈАМА: КАКО ЗАОШТРАВАЊЕ ОДНОСА ОБЛИКУЈЕ СВЕМИРСКЕ СТРАТЕГИЈЕ САД, РУСИЈЕ И КИНЕ?
Sažetak
Рад анализира трансформацију свемира из научно-истраживачког домена у простор интензивног геополитичког надметања водећих светских сила. Циљ рада је да утврди на који начин појачане геополитичке тензије у периоду од 2014. до 2024. године утичу на редефинисање свемирских стратегија Сједињених Америчких Држава, Руске Федерације и Народне Републике Кине. Кроз компаративну анализу свемирских стратегија наведених држава, рад одговара на питање како се свемир претвара у арену у којој се преплићу и надмећу технолошки напредак, војна моћ и идеолошки утицај. Истраживање се заснива на комбинацији геополитичког и астрополитичког теоријског оквира, уз примену реалистичке парадигме међународних односа и тројног методолошког приступа који обухвата компаративну анализу, анализу садржаја званичних стратешких докумената и теоријско- интерпретативну анализу. Посебна пажња посвећена је истраживању начина на који технологије за истраживање свемира постају инструменти меке и тврде моћи, док се граница између њихове цивилне и војне употребе постепено брише. Резултати рада показују да, иако Сједињене Државе и даље задржавају доминантну позицију захваљујући дугогодишњим улагањима и институционалној инфраструктури, растуће амбиције Кине и покушаји Русије да ревитализују своје свемирске програме наговештавају процес мултиполаризације свемира. Закључно, свемир се појављује као један од кључних простора будућих геополитичких сукоба, али и као полигон за редефинисање међународних односа и безбедносних парадигми у 21. веку.
