Povezanost preventivnog pregleda na depresiju i apsentizma kod zaposlenih u Srbiji

Sažetak
Cilj. Mentalno zdravlje zaposlenih predstavlja ključni faktor koji utiče na apsentizam i produktivnost. Cilj ovog istraživanja je da ispita povezanost prisustva simptoma depresivnosti sa apsentizmom kod zaposlenih u Srbiji, kao i da identifikuje demografske i socioekonomske faktore koji utiču na ovu povezanost.
Metod. Sprovedena je studija preseka koristeći podatke iz Nacionalnog istraživanja zdravlja stanovništva Srbije, koje je obuhvatilo 4.652 zaposlenih uzrasta 18-65 godina. Za analizu povezanosti depresivnih simptoma i apsentizma korišćene su deskriptivna statistika i binarna logistička regresija, prilagođena demografskim i socioekonomskim faktorima.
Rezultati. Prevalencija blagih depresivnih simptoma iznosila je 2,3%, a depresivne epizode 0,6%. Žene su pokazale značajno veću prevalenciju depresivnih simptoma u odnosu na muškarce (3,9% vs 2,1%, p=0,002). Najčešći simptomi bili su zamor (2,1%) i problemi sa spavanjem (1,6%). Svi simptomi depresije pokazali su statistički značajnu povezanost sa apsentizmom (p<0,01). Učestalost apsentizma raste sa težinom simptoma, kod odsustva simptoma iznosi 1,6%, kod blagih simptoma 4,7%, dok je kod dugotrajnog apsentizma sa blagim simptomima 10,4%. Ispitanici sa blagim depresivnim simptomima imali su dvostruko veću šansu za apsentizam (OR=2,01), dok su ispitanici sa depresivnom epizodom imali preko tri puta veću šansu (OR=3,20).
Zaključak. Studija potvrđuje značajnu povezanost prisustva depresivnih simptoma sa apsentiamom među zaposlenima u Srbiji, uz jasnu gradaciju rizika u zavisnosti od težine simptoma. Veća prevalencija depresivnih simptoma kod žena ukazuje na potrebu za rodno prilagođenim preventivnim pristupima. Nalazi podržavaju implementaciju preventivnog pregleda na depresiju kao ranu strategiju za smanjenje apsentizma u radno aktivnoj populaciji.
