Povezanost nepoštenog akademskog ponašanja i stavova učenika prema školskim prestupima

Sažetak


Cilj ovog istraživanja je da se ustanovi da li postoji korelacija između akademskog nepoštenog ponašanja i stavova učenika prema školskim prestupima. Istraživanjem je obuhvaćeno 347 ispitanika iz osnovnih (sedmi i osmi razred) i srednjih (drugi i treći razred) škola u Republici Srbiji. Skala za procenu nepoštenog ponašanja korišćena je za procenu nepoštenog ponašanja i sadrži nekoliko vrsta subskala: Plagijarizam, Obmana, Varanje, Sabotaža, Podmićivanje i Pomaganje drugima. Skala školskih prestupa, koja uključuje podskale Prepisivanja, Bežanje sa nastave, Šaputanje, Falsifikovanje školskih dokumenata, Racionalizaciju nasilja nad nastavnicima i profesorima, Mito i korupciju, Nepotizam i Opšti stav prema školskim prestupima, primenjen je za procenu rasprostranjenosti imoralnih stavova prema školskim prestupima. Prema rezultatima istraživanja, postoji značajna pozitivna povezanost između nepoštenog ponašanja i stavova učenika prema školskim prestupima. Ukupan skor stavova učenika ima najveću korelaciju sa subskalom nepoštenog ponašanja Obmanom, a ukupan skor nepoštenog ponašanja ima značajnu korelaciju sa nekoliko subskala imoralnih stavova: Bežanje sa nastave, Opšti stav, Nepotizam, Falsifikovanje, kao i Mito i korupcija. U ovom radu analizirani su nalazi kanoničke korelacione analize, koji detaljnije može da prikaže odnos između skupova subskala ponašanja i stavova. Nadalje, putem teorije kognitivne disonance objašnjena je relacija između nepoštenog ponašanja i imoralnih stavova, stoga su u zaključku prikazani mogući načini predviđanja nepoštenog ponašanja i metode redukcije ili prevencije varanja i drugih vrsta nepoštenog ponašanja.
