OSETLJIVOST SOJEVA KLEBSIELLA PNEUMONIAE IZOLOVANIH IZ VODE ZA PIĆE I POVRŠINSKIH VODA NA ANTIBIOTIKE

Sažetak


Prisustvo Klebsiella pneumoniae (K. pneumoniae) u pijaćim i površinskim vodama predstavlja indikator fekalne kontaminacije humanog i životinjskog porekla. K. pneumoniae ima sposobnost da stekne i prenese gene rezistencije. Izolati iz životne sredine mogu predstavljati rezervoar ovih gena koji se mogu preneti i na druge bakterijske vrste. Cilj rada je izolacija, identifikacija i testiranje antibiotske osetljivosti K. pneumoniae iz pijaćih i površinskih voda. Prospektivna studija (sprovedena od 1. oktobra do 31. decembra 2015. godine) ispitala je 1276 uzoraka vode. Uzorci su obrađeni membran-filterskom metodom. Za identifikaciju K. pneumoniae korišćeni su standardni biohemijski testovi. Osetljivost na antibiotike je testirana disk-difuzionom metodom. K. pneumoniae je pronađena u 2.98% (38/1276) uzoraka, od kojih su 42.11% (16/38) bili uzorci površinskih, a 57.89% (22/38) uzorci pijaće vode. Testirani izolati su bili rezistentni na ampicilin, dok rezistencija na druge antibiotike nije zabeležena. K. pneumoniae se može naći u pijaćoj vodi uprkos prečišćavanju i hlorinaciji. U našem ispitivanju, izolovani sojevi su bili osetljivi na uobičajeno korišćene antibiotike, bez stečenih determinanti rezistencije.
