ZAŠTO LEKARI I FARMACEUTI NA OBAVEZNOM STAŽU PRAVE GREŠKE?

Sažetak

Uvod: Posle završetka fakulteta medicinske struke, lekare i farmaceute početnike je potrebnopripremiti za samostalni rad. Na početku staža, njihov rad usmeravaju mentori kako bi se smanjila podložnost greškama.Cilj rada: Otkriti faktore koji imaju uticaj na nastanak grešaka prilikom stažiranja.

Materijal i metode: Ova studija je kvalitativnog karaktera, sprovedena pomoću metode utemeljene teorije. Intervjuisano je šest stažera lekara i šest stažera farmaceuta. Svi intervjui su snimljeni, transkribovani, prečišćeni od „jalovine“ i podeljeni na semantičke jedinice, koje su grupisane u kategorije, a kategorije u faktore.

Rezultati: Najvažniji uzroci grešaka koje prave lekari i farmaceuti na stažu su: nedovoljno znanje, nepovoljno okruženje, veliko radno opterećenje, nedovoljan broj lekara i farmaceuta, nečitak rukopis na receptima i nalazima, nedovoljna zainteresovanost mentora da rade sa lekarima na stažu u bolnicama i zamor pri radu.

Zaključak: Ovo istraživanje je omogućilo da se uoče najvažniji uzroci grešaka koje prave farmacuti i lekari na stažu. Primena odgovarajućih korektivnih mera bi mogla da otkloni većinu navedenih uzroka i dovede do značajnog smanjenja broja grešaka, a time poveća bezbednost pacijenata.
