ANALIZA PROBLEMA VEZANIH ZA PRIMENU LEKOVA (DRUG-RELATED PROBLEMS) KOD PACIJENATA SA GASTROEZOFAGEALNOM REFLUKSNOM BOLEŠĆU LEČENIH INHIBITORIMA PROTONSKE PUMPE

Sažetak


 

Uvod: Problemi vezani za primenu lekova su veoma česti u svim terapijskim oblastima.

Cilj rada: Otkrivanje problema vezanih za primenu lekova kod pacijenata sa gastroezofagelanim refluksom i analiza njihove eventualne povezanosti sa karakteristikama pacijenata.

Materijal i metod: Sprovedena je deskriptivna, retrospektivna studija preseka radi utvrđivanja najčešćih problema vezanih za primenu lekova kod pacijenata sa gastroezofagealnim refluksom koji se leče inhibitorima protonske pumpe.  Istraživanje je sprovedeno na odeljenju gastroenterologije u Kliničkom centru u Kragujevcu. Obuhvaćeni su svi pacijenti koji su na tom odeljenju lečeni od gastroezofagealne refluksne bolesti, a kao terapiju su koristili inhibitore protonske pumpe u periodu od 1.1.2014. godine do 1.1.2015. godine. U radu je korišćena deskriptivna statistika (procentualna zastupljenost, srednja vrednost i standardna devijacija). Takođe je određena korelacija između broja neželjenih događaja i karakteristika pacijenata.

Rezultati: Prosečna starost pacijenata bila je 55,97 ± 15,81 godina, a 43 (60,6 %) pacijenata bilo je muškog pola. Prosečna dužina hospitalizacije bila je 12,30 ± 8,89 dana. Pronađeno je ukupno 182 problema po klasifikaciji Pharmaceutical Care Network Europe, i u proseku je bilo 2,56 problema po pacijentu. Samo 5 (7%) pacijenata nije imalo nijedan problem, dok je 11 (15,49%) pacijenata imalo preko 10 mogućih interakcija između lekova. Najčešće kategorije problema koji su se javili jesu neadekvatan izbor leka, neodgovarajuća upotreba leka i interakcije između lekova.

Zaključci: Moguće interakcije između lekova, kao i o drugi problemi vezani za inhibitore protonske pumpe su veoma česti kod pacijenata sa GERB-om. Identifikacija različitih podtipova problema vezanih za primenu lekova, kao i faktora koji mogu biti povezani sa njima, može uticati na smanjenje rizika od nepovoljnih ishoda lečenja pacijenata sa gastroezofagealnom refluksnom bolešću koji koriste blokatore protonske pumpe.
