ULOGA FARMACEUTA U PREVENCIJI I OTKRIVANJU INTERAKCIJA OTC PREPARATA: TEHNIKA NOMINALNE GRUPE

Sažetak


Uvod: Broj novih OTC preparata koji se pojavljuju na tržištu nalazi se u stalnom porastu, što farmaceutima otežava postupak izdavanja, naročito u pogledu prevencije potencijalnih interakcija u koje ti preparati mogu da stupe sa drugim lekovima, s obzirom da o interakcijama novih OTC preparata nema dovoljno informacija. Cilj: Ispitivanje problema sa kojima se farmaceuti sreću prilikom izdavanja OTC preparata i predlaganje konkretnih ideja i načina za unapređenje sistema otkrivanja interakcija OTC preparata.Ispitanici i metod: Istraživanje je sprovedeno u skladu sa metodološkim principima tehnike nominalne grupe. U okviru istraživanja sprovedena su dva sastanka nominalne grupe sa farmaceutima zaposlenim u javnim apotekama. U toku sastanaka moderator istraživanja je ispitanicima postavljao određena pitanja, na koje su ispitanici odgovarali. Kako bi se ispitala saglasnost ispitanika oko svake pojedinačne tvrdnje, ispitanici su na kraju oba sastanka postavljene tvrdnje anonimno ocenjivali po principima Likertove skale. Sastanci su snimani i audio zapisi sastanaka su kasnije korišćeni za kvalitativnu analizu podataka.Rezultati: U istraživanju je učestvovalo 9 farmaceuta - 7 farmaceuta ženskog pola i 2 muškog pola, prosečne starosti 25.0 ± 1.0 godina. Učesnici nominalne grupe su na sastancima izneli 30 tvrdnji na 7 postavljenih istraživačkih pitanja, pri čemu je nakon drugog sastanka saglasnost postignuta za 29 tvrdnji. Kvalitativna analiza dobijenih podataka ukazala je na postojanje 3 kategorije tvrdnji: (1) znanje farmaceuta o interakcijama OTC preparata, (2) problemi sa kojima se oni susreću prilikom izdavanja OTC preparata i (3) mogućnosti unapređenja sistema za prevenciju i otkrivanje interakcija OTC preparata.Zaključak: Za adekvatnu prevenciju interakcija OTC preparata sa drugim lekovima neophodno je izraditi vodiče sa smernicama koje se odnose na pravilan postupak izdavanja OTC preparata i redovno koristiti «proveravač interakcija» (engl. interaction checker).
